Why Hillary should run for Senate Majority Leader?
Because the President of the United States must have the Majority Leader on his side to get his judges nominated and to get his agenda passed. She would hold a lot of power as Majority Leader and Obama would have to respect her power. Since Harry Reid has not been a very effective Senate Leader, I think Hillary could win that historic post if she decides that she cannot win the Presidency. So Obama should be very careful and not make too many enemies within the Hillary camp. He may need them tomorrow...
I can even see her in my mind's eye. That ought to be seriously considered should she not get this nom. And it would be one heck of a victory everyone could get behind.
A lifetime appointment. One that even her father would have had to applaud without hesitation.
She is smart enough and tough enough to make a great Supreme Court Justice! :applause: Even better - can you imagine seeing Mitch McConnell's head explode when she is appointed? :nuke:
I don't like what happens to her in political races. Her intelligence, hard work, analytical thinking, etc. would make her a gem on the Supreme Court and she's young enough she could hold a seat for decades.
