Having Salazzar running in CO will make winning the state a lot easi
he'll greatly increase Hispanic turnout, in a state that was a lot closer in 2000 than most people think. Plus tying * to his wingnut opponent will also help. CO + NH + Gore states = victory

guy among Repugs? Its looking good with Obama, Inaz doing good in South Carolina, Erkine Bowles looking good in NC, and now this guy

2. The state wasn't that close, it was lost by over 8 points. However Nader
did get above 5 points

I was keeping that in mind, it would be especially beneficial if he doesn't end up on the ballot. I live in Minnesota where Nader also got 5%, and there is no way I can see him getting that much this time.

4. Bush got only 50.75% of the vote here.
In 2002 our guy Strickland was leading significantly in the polls but lost two days later. Some have suggested that BBV was a culprit, but I don't really know. I can't comment as to Salazar's popularity among Republicans. However, I don't see Colorado going for Kerry no matter what. I think we should focus our resources on similar states that we have a better chance of winning, like Arkansas (VP Clark) Lousiana, NH, WV and Ohio.
