I just contributed to Kerry's campaign today

I've never contributed to a political campaign, but today, I contributed $50 to Kerry's campaign.

Felt pretty good, too, I must say. Fifty is about all I can afford (no raises in three years (thank you GWB and a cheap-ass boss to boot (a Republican, too, I might add, go figure)).

My husband is going to give to Kerry as well soon.

9. I bought some "Kerry Gear" from his site...

I have some Kerry fans in the family whose b-days are coming up. I haven't received it yet - I placed the order on Monday (8th), and they said it should arrive in 2-3 days... I wonder what's up. They also said to allow a week, but I'm in Ohio, so I didn't think it would be that long. Has anyone else ordered from the site? How long did you wait for your order?

days after that, in my experience.

I also just got a call from Alaska from a girl from Russia that wanted money as the college has gone so high in cost. I will also most likely send some. I had to work my way through college, married and I could not get a loan, so I know how hard that is.

I maxed out in January, before the Iowa caucausus, so I ordered 100 John Kerry buttons, and I give them out when I go out. Getting a lot of good vibes here in central Florida!

I have been seeing their lie detector commercial. It's great! I have also been seeing one by the Media Fund (I think that is what it is called). I have only see one pro * all weekend.
