Why in the world
Would McCain come to my state, RI, today?

Bush approval rating in RI = 14%
RI state house has 113 seats - 17 of them are held by R's, the rest D's
We do not have a strong evangelical movement here so The Huckster is no threat. McCain will win the R primary here (not that there will be very many people voting in the R primary.)

I just don't get it. Neither of the two D's left have campaigned here and our primary is the same day as Texas and Ohio. I haven't see an ad yet, though I don't watch much TV.

Why in the world would he come here, to my city, no less. It's really going to put a spanner in the works for all the errands I planned to run today.
