McCain gets catty, snarky & pissy while discussing "anointed" Obama
McCain, Obama take rivalry to new heights
Tension forged in the Senate spills onto the campaign trail

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/23153957/

WAUKESHA, Wis. - Their tempest began well before their bids for a presidential nomination.

When Senator John McCain claimed victory for a round of primaries on Tuesday, it was little surprise that he skipped over criticism of Senator Barack Obama’s policies. There will be plenty of time for that.

Instead, Mr. McCain zeroed in on another long-held annoyance, a perception that Mr. Obama wears a political halo.

“I don’t seek the presidency on the presumption that I am blessed with such personal greatness,” Mr. McCain said. “That history has anointed me to save my country in its hour of need.”

1. That's The McCain We All Love So Well
McCain is easy. All you have to do is piss him off and watch the ugly transformation occur.

5. Don't underestimate that old bastard. There's no small amount of people out there
who like an articulate curmudgeon. We've had an inarticulate moron for so long, McCain looks at first blush like a step up.

If America is as stupid as she often is, it will be the "Who do you wanna have a BEEEEEEER with?" test, all over again...

McCain does have a vicious and quick wit when he wants to. He sometimes shoots off his mouth, but just as often if not more so, he can find the weak spot and fire like a laser.

Never misunderestimate him. When he starts saying "My friend..." to you, in the same tone that one would reserve for a phrase that sounds a lot like Motherplucker, it's time to STAND By...!

2. Is that why he's been full of piss & vinegar for years...
...perpetually seeking the Presidency and willing to change his much vaunted "principles" and cast aside his role as maverick to be a Bush boot-licking syncophant to get there?

3. Really. who has more of a sense of entitlement
than John McCain-and I don't want to hear the MSM "Maverick" meme-ever. The real John McCain has revealed himself and America deserves whatever that nasty piece of work brings if elected.

4. Are we sure
that his comment wasn't directed at Bush?

After all, God did make him president right?

8. Enough of your hatred towards our candidates
Comparing the Obama to Mad king Boy George is inexcusable.

You Hillary supporters are not making your candidate very appealing to me. Of course I would waste my vote on someone by the hateful people on this board.

But anyone else coming here to learn about our candidates, well I hope they don't stay long and do research on their own.

6. Well, he's right about the Obama arrogance
That's going to wear real damn thin with voters at some point. It is really the first thing that made me dig a little deeper about him. I've seen a lot of politicians with egos, but his is about as ginormous as you can get.
