Repub led Congress cut 3.8 Bill from 95 intelligence budget/OHHH Really!
So let me get this stright... The repukes are currently going after Kerry for his support of cuts in the 1995 intelligence budget of 1.5 bill but they were the majority party that approved legislation that cut 3.8 Bill over 5 years.

Am I getting that right?
