Obama On The Move

Takes the delegate lead. I doubt he'll look back.

Yes, I'm very optimistic right now.

2. is that Ohio?
Because, as in the general election, I think whoever wins Ohio wins the nomination.

6. Wisconsin and Hawaii on 2/19
He'll win both.

If he also sweeps DC, Maryland and VA on 2/10...I don't see how she stays in the race after so many losses in a row.

11. Hawaii won't hurt Hillary. Obama winning a home state isn't surprising
Wisconsin would be a blow. Has anyone seen a recent Wisconsin poll? Remember Wisconsin breathed life into Edwards' second place campaign in 2004 by almost giving him an upset win against Kerry. Let's not put Wisconsin into the Obama column yet.

12. It does border Illinois.
Part of the state is in the Chicago media market. Obama tends to do better in states as people get to know him more and people in WI know Obama well.

Hawaii by itself isn't that big of a deal but if its one of 9 victories in a row then it matters. And Hillary did lose her birth state by a wide margin.

13. He has to be the favorite in Wisconsin
I agree that Hillary needs to win somewhere to stop the bleeding. That is why Maine was a big blow to her.

8. It can't be over before Texas
Texas and Ohio both have a boatload of delegates. I GUARANTEE you that Obama and Clinton will both spend a LOT of time there.
