If you have a deep pocket, the Pioneer Elite Plasma!

Out of my pricerange, so I did a Sony XBR LCD and it is awesome! Do a google search and see what best meets your needs.

6. the Plasma TV
heated up our roon so much which if you happen to live in Florida like me is not a good thing-the LCD looks so much better too

9. Plasma is superior to LCD because....
LCD skews the picture when viewed from certain angles
LCD requires more space for a larger back

Plasma has more pixles. When viewing an HDTV station or an HDDVD, it is the clearest
The newer plasmas do not burn the screen

12. I use to be an LCD supporter...
until I did some research and found out the Panasonic TH-50PX75U 50" 720p Plasma HDTV gives me more bang for my shrinking dollar.

15. Agree with this.. just got a 32" LCD HDTV for my bedroom. Side by side
comparisons at the store pretty much confirmed this rule of thumb, to me at least. :hi:
