Look at the whole clip, not the 10 seconds that was shown over and over on the MSM.

I believe that many Obama supporters and surrogates did this on purpose. They know that the Clintons have always been friends of the AA community, and that Bill had a great deal of support there. They decided to use this Rovian tactic to attack one of their strengths.
