Is Hillary going to make her Tax refunds public?
Why wait till she becomes the nominee, why not now, and why should she be exempted from
making her refunds public.

Looks like we are looking at another Bush 3.0 formula, upgraded.

How despicable and un-stateman like.

:puke: :banghead:

1. Oh, the irony! There was a time when no Democrat could dare refuse
The irony is that many who today make excuses for Hillary for her failure to produce her income tax returns were part of the generation of Democrats (of which I am one) who DEMANDED that candidates disclose such things.

It's not an option to me. Either disclose to all Democrats now, so they can see whether they want to get in bed with the Clintons again, or stop running as a Democrat. Democrats disclose.

4. Those are my thought exactly,
with her refusing, it gives the reThugs more ammunition to fight
her come November.

2. It really bothers me that Bill Donor list is also private.
Regardless of what some supporters think, I'm concerned about the scandals sitting in those files. And it DOES impact my feeling on HRC, since it's her husband. It's gives him impartial access to her/white house, for god knows what.

3. The donor list
is sitting in the repubs war chest waiting for the GE.

6. What surprises me is the complete
disregard of these issues by the Clinton supporters.
Are they just blindly in love that they forget about
whats important....

7. Yes.
I think they truly believe in her, and want to see her succeed. But some by her own doing, and mostly by Bill's doing - it's creating a huge issue for the upcoming GE, and they just think we can push past it. Even if she DOES win the GE, she'll be so marginalized and scandal-ridden, that it's unlikely she'll be effective. 4yrs tops - then we're stuck with another republican. In the meantime, she doesn't have coattails to keep the momentum going for our the Dems in other offices. We might see an uptick this year, but going forward, we're up against a wall again.

9. Didn't Bush release his tax records?
I thought he did.

I do think any candidate for the nomination should have to do this. Clark did it in 2004 and I think I remember Kerry doing it, as well.
