Clinton Suprises me
I was worried for a minute about how much Obama raised. But Hillary and we, the supporters, have helped her to be the come back kid again, fundraising almost as much as he did in the last 72 hours. Hillary is awsome , we supporters are awsome, and Yes We Can.

Many of the people here on the rez get their water and power cut off too, but not because they are giving money to some politician.

5. Well, a lot of folks, thanks to the media, believed that she didn't need
more campaign money. But when the call went out, we stepped up. And we will do it again in the GE. I'm maxed out for the primary. But I think more and more money will be coming in for Hillary soon. Lots of hard-hit working families are her base and funds for a campaign might be difficult for them to come by. But those of us who are more fortunate can really make a difference. Hillary's supporters are more of the kind that come through when there is a need.

either party (Huckabee is number two.) She has amazing grit and stamina, nobody works harder, and she's better grounded in the issues than any other candidate of either party.

27. Hillary raised almost as much as Obama, true, but the difference was a matter of
7 days for her and 3 for him,

He raised more money in less than half the time,

I'm a Hillary supporter by the way, but I don't think that's a good excuse for misrepresenting the facts.

Clinton touts experience to 5,000 on waterfront

By ANGELA GALLOWAY
P-I REPORTER

Aiming to co-opt ground on her rival's campaign theme of change, Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton pitched herself as the candidate with the experience and strategies to actually realize that goal in a rally Thursday night.

"I'm not asking you to take a leap of faith on me," she said at at the Pier 30 warehouse on the southern end of the Seattle waterfront. "I am asking you to join with me to change the world.

"I am so excited about what we can do together and I know very well that if we get our focus right in America there is no stopping us," Clinton said.

…….Hundreds were turned away at the door………

Clinton was optimistic and energetic, if a bit hoarse, in her speech that ran a little longer than 40 minutes. It touched a wide of topics from education, tax fairness, government reform, the national debt and ending the war in Iraq, and was especially heavy with promises about universal health care and energy reform

Ending America's reliance on foreign carbon-based fuel is within reach, she said. "We just have to make up our minds to do it," Clinton said. "We are Americans. There isn't anything we can't do."
