Let's see: Clinton won the most votes and delegates on Tuesday
She's up by 51 - 40 in the latest Gallup Tracking and raised 6 million dollars in the last day and a half.

She's well positioned to take Ohio and Texas next month, which even all the anti-Hillary bloviating pundits on TV will tell you would virtually close the deal.

And yet, if you listen to the Obama spin, they are doing fine and she's in trouble.

That's what we call Alice in Wonderland logic. With a touch of George Orwell thrown in for flavoring.

9. She expected this to be over by Super Tuesday and it's not. She won less than a half percent more
in the popular vote. She is demanding more debates and that is not something a frontrunner does. I hope Obama brings up the "garnish wages" thing about her healthcar plan.

15. They are talking delegates
I think that even Jack Cafferty was trying to say that Obama won Super Tuesday, that after all the final votes that he got as many delegates as she, also that he won more states.

And, yes, Obama will win the next round because it is mostly caucuses and Obama wins caucuses. If mine is any indication - many swarmrf and just signed in and voted. No one checked whether they could vote - like residency in the district.

And for any Democrats to claim that delegates, not votes, determine the outcome... remember Gore and Bush in 2000?

39. LOL! I'm sure I believe you and that Cafferty doesn't check CNN's delegate count
which has Hillary up by 9 pledged delegates.
http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/primaries/results/scorecard/#val=D

Obama won 6 red state caucuses on Tuesday. Favorite son in Illinois.

Shows why he's in trouble.

If he had any class or grace, he'd drop out now instead of continuing to eviscerate the Party.

After Saturday, her delegate lead will have vanished into thin air unless the superdelegates who owe the Clintons favors tilt it again.

42. Sure, because these are caucuses where Obama can win
where no one is checking for the credentials of the voters - do they live in the district?

But wait for Ohio, Texas and Wisconsin.

And, yes, he will take the black votes in DC and probably in LA and MD. But will all these black voters be around in November?

14. you're spinning too, dear.
She's posed to lose a slew of primaries and caucuses in Feb. Rasmussen is tied. She needed to loan herself funds in January.
The delegate race is essentially tied and her last firewall is gone. It's going to be decided by SDs and she may well win that, but you can see where her planning went awry. In addition, I wouldn't count on either TX or OH being a blowout and it's not impossible that Obama could win one or both. She's not in big trouble, but she's not where she wanted/expected to be either. That's the unvarnished truth.

18. Ummmmm........
What are you smoking? Go to http:/www.msnbc.com and click on the politics section and check the total delegates and it is 861 Obama-855 Clinton. SHE is losing the pledged delegate count so far and he won more delegates on Super Tuesday so.....Obama won more delegates, won more states, and tied in the popular vote on Tuesday.

Spin Spin Spin from you. If Obama had lost, I would be more than willing to admit it. He didn't!

I see she also has a big lead in SuperDelegates. :7

The MSM can never give her her dues. It doesn't fit their agenda.

Your count leaves many still to be apportioned. Even Clinton's own campaign expects that she narrowly lost the ST Tuesday count.

27. that spin is coming from both campaigns
I don't know why - because i think they are tied - but both campaigns are spinning it very similar recently.

Obama has the advantage in the next weeks, Clinton has got to fight back in Ohio and Texas.

I think Hillary's campaign is setting Obama up for a misstep in Virginia or Washington (actually anywhere would be fine), while Barack's camp will spin that Sen. Clinton (after Sen. Obama victories) needs to get both Texas and Ohio and hopes to catch her in either...

They are both playing the expectations game and low-talking their own chances...
