Maybe I just put too much value in pronouns, but the only person I would ever refer to as "Mama" is, unsurprisingly, my mom. I wouldn't be particularly comfortable referring to any politician as "Mama," let alone one on the national level who 99.9% of the people here have never even met.

But, I guess there's always this...

4. A C-SPAN caller had a funny one: YoMama. The caller was black and didn't

want the election to come down to Obama and Huckabee because she didn't want to hear about "Huckabuck and YoMama." Washington Journal is so funny sometimes.
