a new good reason to vote obama.
$$$money$$$

obama can raise a lot of it.
people love giving money to obama.

three million in one night!

in the general, he'd get even more.

money. it's a shitty reason to vote for someone. but it is a true one.

whoever we choose to nominate is going to need a lot of money.

i know this is evil to think about, but never the less, it's a fact.

11. Funny it's the Obamapods who have
done all the posting about chills and goosebumps. Sounds like the flu to me, but oddly enough they take it for inspiration.

9. A shame that $5-6 mil / day still can't buy him a decent universal health care plan
All the money in the world can be poured into a candidate, but it doesn't make bad ideas into good ones.

10. Are we to assume that Obama's upper-middle supporters will not help the nominee if it's not him?
I would have thought some of them might be Democrats who would donate in the general to beat the Republicans, but I may be wrong.

13. Since when has generating big money been considered admirable in a Democrat?
Dems are the party of the working people, the poor, the marginalized, the dreamers, the idealists.

Those aren't the kind of people with deep pockets -- fat cat republicans are.

Doesn't Obama's raising of so damn much money so damn fast seem a little worrisome -- a little suspicious? It does to me, especially considering how nearly every rightwing reopublican in the country has embraced him like a lost child.

Are we sure all his donors are people who really, truly want the Democrats to win?

14. 90% are under $100
40% are under $25

These are better numbers than Howard Dean was running.
