12. And, I could have sworn that the Federal Election Commission

shows that the only Presidential Candidate Murdoch has given to, Democratic or Republican, in this election cycle (not to mention the fundraiser he held on her behalf) is Hillary Clinton.

MURDOCH, RUPERT
NEW YORK, NY 10036
NEWS CORPORATION/CHAIRMAN/CEO

CLINTON, HILLARY RODHAM

He gave to McCain in the 04 election cycle...but, only to Clinton during this one.

Interesting, huh?

required to be posted. See the post below this one--it was meant for you, not for myself.

The only New Yorker Murdoch has given to has been Hillary Clinton.

If so, the FEC isn't reporting it as required. The ONLY NY Candidate on the page with his contributions listed is Hillary Clinton.

Go here:

and follow the links to "Individual Search" Type in Murdoch, Rupert and see for yourself.

49. why is she a liar?
her record shows she has always faced attacked straight ahead and directly. Kerry was swiftboated because he tried to avoid facing the attacks. I hardly think her record of facing attacks and resolving them would label her a lair. C'mon there's no need to call fellow democrats lairs, is there?

And what makes you think she's do anything different, with her touting her 'experience' rather than 'change'?

outstanding matters that should have put BushInc in jail by the end of 1994 instead of regrouping and gathering strength to plan their return in 2000.

Bill Clinton swiftboated Dem party and this country by siding with Poppy Bush and his cronies over the truth that would have prevented Bush2, 9-11, and future war with Iran.

42. I've been typing myself hoarse saying the same thing.
Exerpted from your link:

"Yet, before Democrats endorse the DLC’s don’t-look-back advice, they might want to examine the consequences of Clinton’s decision in 1993-94 to help the Republicans sweep the Reagan-Bush scandals under the rug. Most of what Clinton hoped for – bipartisanship and support for his domestic policies – never materialized."

Written, preciently BEFORE the Democratic congressional leadership took impeachment off the table, following the same misbegotten policy.

And he protected Poppy so much that now HE has to answer for those crimes, too. WE didn't do that to Clinton. He did it to himself and to us.

52. What do you think about this?
Clinton Stumps for Kerry in Nevada

"Kerry will do better," he said, describing how the Democratic candidate has a plan to add 40,000 more troops in Iraq, double the size of the Special Forces, increase international cooperation and improve homeland security. "We're not spending any money on homeland security," he said. "You ought to be concerned about that."

53. That was when stabilizing Iraq would bring in UN and NATO forces.
Surely you wouldn't take a quote OUT OF IT'S TIMEFRAME and dealing with the reality of the situation as it EXISTED at that point?

You forget that Kofi Annan was Kerry's very close friend and likely consulted Kerry on what it would take to get UN to take over in Iraq?

Kerry's plan at the time would have likely worked so he could get the troops started home within 6 months of taking office - the part of his plan that you ignore.

29. Well, seeing as how Kerry endorsed Obama ...
I think it's legitimate for Hillary to point out that she is a tougher political fighter than John Kerry.

Hillary is saying that if she is the nominee there is no way she will let attacks go unanswered.

Or in other words - she is not a wimp like the guy we nominated last time around.

50. Well look back at how she has handled normal political attacks
She sends Bill out to yell at everyone - special bonus wagging his finger. When that doesn't work, she looks like she's going to cry - and it becomes a new story.

You know that Kerry did respond in 2004 - he gave the media ample proof. The official record backed him 100% and they had it before the attacks. They also - due to tapes noone was suppose to hear - had the Nixon people saying he was a clean cut war hero - it was obvious they looked for dirt two years after the fact and found none. That is far more than what Carville et al got to the medai to counter problems with Bill. I seriously doubt that you have shown the courage that Kerry has shown in his life.

Give us this nation to heal, this world to lead, this moment to seize.

24. What does this mean?
I tried to understand it and can't.

So here are the interpretations, I come up with:
1) She thinks other countries are damaging the US reputation by lies and innuendo. (Gee - I thought it was the bad things Bush did)
2) She has a major case of L'etat est moi and she believes Bill Clinton when he seemed to say that she was swiftboated when the other Democrats attacked her answers.

Then stepping away - I wonder if she is trying to change the meaning of the word away from despicable political lies to something like "sink", likely to get back at Senator Kerry. Given that these same people are poised to put their money behind a campaign against her or Obama, this is not only disgusting - it is counterproductive. The best defense against them is to be able to point at the money behind the future smears and show it is from these discredited people.

in its entirety to hear it. It takes the meaning that the SBVT themselves assigned. I have no idea what the WORM game means.

If that sentence is continually quoted as it was here, it will support that meaning. I am sick of BOTH Clintons politically using that word.
