Heheh. That would be a great distraction for Bush and his Texas mob.

I have no clue. Maybe some Texan DUers can weigh in.
Texas may not even have recall as an option, but, it would be fun to make a stink of it in Letters to the Editor, etc....

2. Have a Texas recall and a D.C. Impeachment, even better.

4. hi, blm. Is Perry unpopular because of --
-- the rumor of his gay adultery, or is he down in the polls because he's a crappy governor?

I'd hope the the latter. He should have been recalled strictly on the basis of his being a dipshit.

If the gay stuff is true, I'd like to see him at least say, "Yeah, it's true -- so what?"

I won't miss him if he goes, but I don't want him run out of town because of dicksucking. I want him run out of town because he's not an inclusive, visional man.

8. Apparently there isn't a recall provision in TX...

"Texas, thank goodness, doesn't have a gubernatorial recall statute. However, most cities in this state do."

10. That would be sweet
Revenge for Arnold and we could use a nice $ wasting, image damaging distraction. I live in Cali, but if anyone managed to move on that I would donate.

11. I don't believe we have a recall provision at the state level
The best we can do is impeach a governor, which did happen to James "Pa" Ferguson in 1917. One of the things that brought him down was the infamous Chicken Salad Case.

12. Well...maybe it's time for a surge of Letters to the Editor
screeching dissatisfaction with the incompetent handling of the state's affairs by the governor?
