Sadly, Clinton still can't say the word "transgender" when asked a question about trans people. But otherwise, it's fine.

6. Yep.
I know Melissa too (Director New York Trans Rights Organization)--she's a tough cookie, and she wouldn't be working on anyone's behalf without solid reason.

5. I'm sure
her pandering to gay people will make people forget:
1. Her responsibility in the deaths of 4000 american soldiers and the death of 1,000,000 iraqis. She has blood on her hands.
2. http://www.dailykos.com/storyonly/2008/2/1/234527/0014/392/448115

Nice try though. I'm sure gay people are smarter than you're giving them credit for.

8. At least she isn't Obama
who had an ex-gay preacher on his southern tour and did not apologize to the LGBT community about it or remove him from preaching his hate.

I'll take HRC over him any day

12. Ofcourse you would
Because the deaths of 1 mill Iraqis and 4000 americans mean nothing compared to having someone sing on your rally? Right? Right?

14. Until I have EQUAL rights
to prevent me from being barred from my partner's hospital bed, to allow me to inherit his estate upon his death, to allow me to get married and enjoy the same rights as everyone else, any the other countless rights that are denied to me....

The gay rights issues will be the only one I base my Presidential preference on

22. And clinton is the only one
who will provide them for you? What a LIE.

She already sold out environmentalists, what makes you think she wont sell you out too?

24. Did you not read what I said?
I read your link and while I agree with the principles in it, here is one for you:

http://www.washblade.com/2007/10-26/news/national/11445.cfm

I would have voted for Kucinich if he was still in it, but I default to HRC because of the fact that right now I trust her more then Obama. Fortunately, I'm am ex-pat living in Canada with gay marriage, socialized medicine and no taxes for the Iraq war, but the fact remains that if I moved back to the US with my partner I would be nothing, and we would have no rights (except in Massachusetts.)

Until this issue is resolved it will always be my barometer for choosing a President

9. I don't consider Hillary
to be 'pandering' to me.

And while I think her IWR vote was a mistake, I don't think it makes her responsible for the deaths in Iraq. IWR was not a vote for preemptive War. Bush broke the trust implicit in the resolution.

Hillary's 'mistake' was in trusting Bush, but she's not alone in having had that trust.

May I never see a post of yours again.

Sarcasm, stupid spelling, disrespect toward everyone you address in your posts. Blaming a Democrat for George Bush's actions.

Ignore. Goodbye!

Those are the type we need to avoid because it's obvious these type of people don't regard GLBT as significant.
