8. Pennsylvania for Obama is already organizing...
...And has been canvassing in Camden, NJ. I'll be going over myself, tomorrow.

We then have about 2.5 mos. to organize before our own primary. Including 1.5 months to register people. Suffice it to say, Pennsylvania's organization for Obama will be strong.

All the Democratic states give out delegates proportionally by popular vote/district.
