She 'gets it' - and, has been there/lived through it.

It is obvious some, haven't even bothered to read basic legislation or studied the historical facts/context and just hurl sh*t hoping it will stick. I won't expound about who's tactics that is reminiscent of ... draw your own conclusions.

3. Hillary didn't "get it." She bought it.
She bought this debate without Edwards. She bought her likely win in this primary. She bought the voters' votes. And on whose behalf did she buy it? The mega-corporations and the very, very rich. That's who she represents -- just like Bush.

And if you don't believe, think about who funded her campaign. Did you notice how that topic was never raised tonight?

12. Give me/us a break -- Obama raised $32m in January
alone ... and, you're attacking Clinton's fundraising?

Check out http://www.whitehouseforsale.org/

Both have lobbyist and other bundlers subsidizing their campaigns. And, whose on 'top' changes almost daily.

5. I thought they both looked warm tonight. I think that helps Hillary more,
The unlikable Hillary probably change minds with her warmth and optimism.

11. I give a rat's ass about warmth, charm, or charisma ...
what I do care about is integrity, knowledge, and experience.

Hillary has been hit over and over with crap that only proved to me that many had not bothered to do much independent, indepth research of legislation and/or historical context.

I only hope at some point she will make it exceedingly clear that it was Bush Jr. and his lackeys who were responsible for the criminal invasion of Iraq, as they chose to ignore/misinterpret the protections and requirements that were put in the IWR 2002.

13. Agreed.
Clinton will fight tooth and nail if they try to pull what they did in 2000.

14. Hey! ...you know...a Edwards re-entry might not be such a bad idea!!
Edited on Fri Feb-01-08 12:30 AM by pauldg0
It would catch public attention again just as everyone (the public) is getting interested in the primaries. John Edwards tried to sell his great message basically when the rest of the country did not care. I have seen instances in my life when a candidates start late and did extremely well. Edwards would certainly gain public interest to try this.

It would have to be timed just right though.....say when everyone is really disinchanted with all the Obama/Clinton jabs going on.

I still believe John Edwards is the best person to run this country.
