Edwards voted yes on IWR and so did Hillary, but Bush didn't follow it!
Can we put this to bed? Fact is, Bush ignored (as he often does) the intent and explicit requirements of the legislation, preferring to interpret it through war-mongering glasses - anyone surprised?

1. Edwards admitted his vote was a mistake.

23 Senators voted against it.

"A joint resolution to authorize the use of United States Armed Forces against Iraq". Seems pretty clear to me.

Kerry voted for it too and explained that it was not a vote for an immediate pre-emptive war.

3. I wonder how many here voted for Kerry
but still think this is the worst thing about Hillary. After all, he got up at the convention and saluted..

what they want is for her to grovel over it. She said she wouldn't do it if she knew then what she knows now. If she grovels over it then it would be used against her in the GE.
