A caucus state question
When do your schools and local governments put levies up? In Ohio, there are elections a year in which local governments and schools can put up levies without paying for an election. The primaries in March and the general in November. Any other time and the entity has to pay. So do your schools and local governments only get one shot?

2. It costs even small districts tens of thousands
to pay for elections if they don't use the primary or the general election dates. I am asking if those entities in caucus states only get one shot a year unless they pay.

3. Our caucus was only for President
We still have a primary in June for other elected slots, as well as any other issues to come before the voters. This is where referenda and school budget issues are voted on.

I didn't understand you're question at first but I think I've got it now. :)
