But they can't, because one voted to start it, and both voted to fund it.

We lost our only bona fide anti-war candidate when Kucinich dropped out.

We lost our only remaining bona fide candidate for economic reform when Edwards dropped out.

At this point, neither of the democratic candidates takes a more progressive position on ALL the issues than all the gop candidates.

Paul outflanks both Dem candidates on the war.

Huckabee outflanks both Dem candidates on economic populism (albeit in a very flawed way, but he makes it sound good. Ours spew the same tired crap we've been hearing from every politician for the last 50 years)

Romney's health plan is very similar to Hillary's and arguably better than Obama's.

In other words, we have blown a real chance to change the direction of the country. Sure, we may make history based on the genitalia or skin color of our candidate, but we seem doomed to repeat history in terms of everything that really matters.

3. I'm convinced the MSM has decided who are candidates are
because they basically shut out those they don't like. And from what I've been hearing and reading, Clinton and Obama aren't that popular amongst the general public. Instead of sniping at one another, the Clinton and Obama supporters should be starting threads telling us how we can get Joe Public to vote for their candidate. It is going to be an uphill battle. People in general want change, and neither one are offering anything that different. I'm seriously concerned this means another Republican president.

4. One of our candidates DID, but Kucinich is now out of the race.
