The vast majority of Americans never got the chance to vote for Biden, Edwards, Dodd, Richardson or Kucinich. Or Gravel.
Granted, there's always a weaning process and a lot of people have always been denied the choice to vote for their candidate. But never before has it been taken to this extreme.
Will this be the end? Will it get even worse next time? The logical conclusion, if you take what's been happening to its extreme, is a corporate-backed candidate having the only chance.
In fact, if there's only one corporate-backed candidate, the logical conclusion is the race being over before a single vote is cast.
