Just wondering? If she's so awful...why/how does she get so many votes. I guess this place doesn't represent the real world.

42. I'm here
I know she's the only one who can do the job of president, and why others cannot see that Obama is too inexperienced and too new to the national scene to lead the country effectively is beyond me. At this point in his political career, he would not be an effective leader, he would fail and end up being a one term president. Who the hell wants that? Wake up all, Hillary Clinton has the experience, the smarts and the ability to lead. Obama just doesn't, period.

45. Scairp-You are so right. There is no way BO can handle the job.
Bush has had almost 8 yrs of on the job training and look what he's got us into. Do we really want even 4 more years of a know nothing pres. Everyone said Bush would surround himself with smart people. Look what we got. Chaney's had more power than 'W'. We need a President that can and will think for herself, know what to do in an emergency. Will bring hope and peace back to our beleaguered country.

folks should logically feel insecure.

POST ENDORSES BARACK OBAMA

January 30, 2008 -- Democrats in 22 states across America go to the polls next Tuesday to pick between two presidential prospects: Sens. Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.

We urge them to choose Obama - an untried candidate, to be sure, but preferable to the junior senator from New York.<snip>

For all his charisma and his eloquence, the rookie senator sorely lacks seasoning: Regarding national security, his worldview is beyond naive; America must defend itself against those sworn to destroy the nation.

His all-things-to-all-people approach to complicated domestic issues also arouses scant confidence. "Change!" for the sake of change does not a credible campaign platform make. But he remains a highly intelligent man, with a strong record as a conciliator.<snip>

Finally, Sen. Clinton stands philosophically far to the left of her husband, and is much more disciplined in pursuit of her agenda.<snip>

Hillary has been called a liberal by republicans for decades now. They don't bother to educate themselves all they know is they want a liberal. Most democrates are voting on who they like better as a person. There both democrates so they will of course represent out interests right? wrong.

HILLARY IS NOT A LIBERAL, SHE IS NOT PROGRESSIVE, SHE IS A CORPORATE WATER BOY

29. I'm really torn between who to vote for now. Our Primary is Feb 5th, and
I was absolutely sure I was going to vote for Biden! He's gone now, and I lilke things about both of the remaining candidates, and I dislike some things like both. I've spent way too much time watching political coverage on TV and reading DU and a lot of other web sites.

Hillary is a very smart woman, and she HAS met a lot of the World leaders, knows how the WH & the Senate work, and has also learned what doesn't work. I like her health care policiy because it sounds like one that COULD pass! I don't really like the idea of a US dynasty.

Obama is also a very smart man. Taught the Constitution in a law school. Is very optomistic...sometimes TOO much! I'm not usually a pessimist, but too much optimism is just unrealistic!

44. AS PT Barnum said
A sucker is born every minute. I'm shocked that so many people fall for her hustle. I just plain don't trust her. She surrounds herself with creeps like carville and Rupert Murdoch and Norman Hsu and is trying to make us all buy mandatory insurance or lose our jobs. She also plans to keep us in Iraq for the next eight years and supports outsourcing our jobs to india and china.

It reinforces my sinking feeling that Americans are basically chumps that will fall for any line of bullshit. After all, Americans voted in Reagan, Poppy and Baby Bush.
I'm so ashamed to be an American today.
