I am more than fine with both Hillary and Obama. Given that, I
would probably vote in the republican primary so as to vote
for a less "bush-like" republican candidate -- in
case unfortunately he ends up being president. I lean towards
Romney. 

Wanted to know between McCain and Romney which one is more
acceptable to democrats; and why?
I have not followed Romney much, nor republican debates. What
are the negatives about Romney? I cannot stand social
conservatives. I think and hope Romney is not. I am ok with
economic conservatism to a degree. I get tuned off by McCain's
Iraq policy, bush-licking, immigration policy and
maverick-ism. I like Romney's business credentials and
CEO-like approach to president's job.

he is a real conservative, McCain is a calculated fraud who thinks just because he tried to follow in his dad and grandpas military service because he coulnd't even do well at USNA, he would be a good president. He would be horrendous, but moreso even for his own party in Congress, tho good in the election. Mitt Romney will get the wingnuts together, which would be great because Hillary AND Obama have military edge on Romney. We'd also have the fact we're against Bush more than he is, despite his "outsider" status. Not to mention he didn't even run for reelection cuz he woulda lost.
