Edwards dropping out, proves the Equal Time rule needs to be updated
"The rule was created because FCC thought the stations could easily manipulate the outcome of the elections."

I also think the Fairness Doctrine should be reinstated.

If this was done, the talking heads like Limbaugh and Tweety (and the M$M, in general) would not be affecting the American political landscape as much as they have.

1. It's proof of a lot more than that!
But the Equal Time rule is as good a place as any to start.
