I'd bet on Edwards endorsing Obama later this week....

He'd be endorsing with Kennedy and Kerry.

He sees himself as more in line with Obama's than Clinton's politics.

A good portion of his supporters will head to Obama.

Rumor has it that he'll be offered AG in an Obama administration.

Obama and Edwards seem to be on friendlier terms than with Clinton.

I would prefer Kucinich, Edwards or Gore but or those left standing, please let it be Obama......

5. An Edwards Endorsement wouldl be extremely valuable to Obama
I think Obama is anticipating the endorsement. He said he'd really like for an Edwards nod and Clinton didn't really say anything to this effect.

I think Gore will stay out of it. But we'll see.

Edwards won't issue an endorsement until after Super Tuesday. And only then, if a clear front-runner is evident.

7. Neither one would prevent him from making an endorsement.
Suspension implies possibly restarting. Will he restart his campaign as VP? Who knows.
