1. Fuhghettaboutit
No Edwards as VP...he won't even win his home state! No asset there.

Think Richardson, Clark, Warner. He won't choose another Senator--BAD IDEA for the ticket.

2. I'm hoping it isn't Edwards.
I want at least one person on the ticket who didn't vote for the war and the Patriot Act.

Also, I don't think we can afford to lose 2 senators.

3. The governor of NC is a Democrat and Edwards isn't running.
Plus the election for that seat is this year. We won't lose that seat.

5. Edwards is not running for his seat in NC
He would make an excellent VP and would do wonders campaigning in the south for the 5 open senate seats come november!

6. I just want to see Johnny debate Dick in a VP debate
oh man, that'd be a sight to see.

Mr Personality v. Mr Halliburton.

11. Dick Cheney's idea of a good debate/interview strategy is to
attempt to intimidate his opponent/interviewer. It works with the weak. This strategy has no chance against Edwards. He's faced tougher challenges in court--and won.
