A pro-Hillary robo-call in Florida

Hillary Clinton isn't campaigning in Florida, but one of her congressional allies has joined the unions supporting her in doing a bit of work on her behalf.

Rep. Corrine Brown placed a round of recorded calls to her Jacksonville constituents yesterday, urging them to vote against Amendment One, which would cap property taxes and is opposed by unions and many Democrats.

Then, according to Brown aide Ronnie Simmons, the call continued:

"For Corrine's quick pick, I'm supporting Hillary Clinton for the Democratic nomination for president."

(The "quick pick" is reference to the palm cards Brown typically distributes on election day, he said.)
