I have no doubt in my mind that he could beat Bush Jr. Clinton has the intelligence, the savvy, and the charisma that Bush and his handlers could only wish for.

Assuming that Clinton wanted to run for VP and we amended the Constitution, I think Clinton would definitely help Kerry's chances. I think that the GOP couldn't help itself from directing all of their attacks towards him and not towards Kerry.
