Assuming this mattered, how does this picture describe who is "at fault" in any way? Should Obama already be reaching out past the intervening person to Hillary while she is looking in another direction shaking hands (it seems) with someone else entirely? Should Hillary be already tearing her attention away from the person off camera she is greeting in order to similarly lunge towards Obama?
