What a speech
Not only was it a stong endorsement of Obama. He hit the Clinton's upside the head with a 2x4 about a dozen times or more.

He took Bill to the woodshed.

Laid down the gauntlet....They must have really pissed him off.

1. Bill didn't do dipshit to help Kerry or even Gore's campaign
and he's getting a well-deserved comeuppance. Hillary is NOT "entitled" to the presidency just because he and she both think that she is.

Bill had open heart surgery in Early September. As soon as he recovered, he did all he could to go out and help Senator Kerry.

5. He spent 2 1/2 years writing his memoirs
and released the book 4 months before the election. And it took most people 4 months to read it, I'll bet. I still haven't finished.
2004 wasn't supposed to be about Bill's life.

14. I don't care who you support. It's not cool to diss Ted Kennedy.
Disagree with the man if you want. But he's one of our elder statesmen and deserves better than that.

Go ahead and mention what you think he's done to hurt the party.

15. Oh I am so sorry I "dissed" Ted Kennedy! I didn't know that I wasn't allowed an
opinion of him! My how the democratic party is changing with the great uniter finally here. I remember the last time a candidate said he was a uniter and boy did that turn out good.

16. Are you the sort who would smear MLK if he had endorsed Obama?
I'm asking because it seems to be epedemic here. Talk about turning on one's own. Wow.

18. Oh, you're allowed an opinion. And I'M allowed to express how fucked up I think it is.
Would you think he was this irrelevant old fossil if he'd endorsed Hillary?

And apparently the Clinton camp thought his opinion was relevant, or they wouldn't have tried to stop him from endorsing Obama.

20. Well, since you feel free..
.... to give your opinion of Kennedy, let me give you mine of the Clintons, especially HRC.

Kennedy has accomplished more for Americans than HRC ever will. Kennedy had the GUTS to vote against the IWR, guts that HRC will NEVER HAVE.

HRC is an opportunist who THINKS she is entitled to the presidency because her husband was once.

I'm not really impressed with Obama, but anyone would be better than she.

Especially after the Clintons begged him to endorse Hillary. Media is reporting he called Bill and told him to lay off the race stuff too.
