12. Ted Kennedy has been in Washington for over 40 YEARS
I think if anyone could tell who was or who wasn't ready to be president, it would be him, who has worked with NINE presidents in his career at least.

Ted voices his opinion, as we all do. I respect him as a liberal Democrat. That doesn't mean that he is always right, but he's entitled to his opinion, as is endorsing Hillary.
