It only would cost you $14.30 per month for the next seven months. If you can afford more, pledge more and send it. I challenge all Democrats and as many Independents who want to rid America of Bush and his gangsters! Start thinking about this. Kerry needs to have more money than Bush...that would scare the crap out of them! They believe they can buy the election! We are richer in spirit and much more powerful in fighting for our country! Most of us can come up with a hundred dollars....give up something, in exchange for our future! Make a pledge! Take that money out of your paycheck first and send it in! This way, you will still have a paycheck come November!

Think what we could raise to get Bush out....send him to Crawford, permanently!

I voted for Dean, and damn proud of it! But I will support in every way I can, our Nominee! Now, let's make up and be friends! For the good of our Democratic family, America and the world! :grouphug:

on edit: Someone posted that Kerry can not accept money after the Convention. Post # 18 says this is not true....I will look for a link to what is the real deal on this!

We'd like him gone. It's not about Dean, it's about Bush.

15. Dean put out issues on the front page
...and THAT is why Bush is sinking in the polls.

Kerry is already putting people to sleep. If he wins, pretty soon his lack of ideas will seem like a lack of oxygen.

9. Sure why not, he stole every other idea
He quoted Dean verbatim tonight about the Harry Truman dream of Healthcare.

So if it works, I say, go for it.

But my cash is a little tight today...

18. not true...
everyone will have a clean slate to donate....after the convention, Kerry will be raising funds for the general election....the convention marks the end of the primary...

Those of you who may have maxed out on Kerry, you can max out again after July....

Oh, and you can donate in your kids names too.......

party. I'll vote against the shrub in Nov. but that's all. They stole my party but I'll be damned if I'll pay them to do it.

12. Kerry hasn't started out well in "representing" me.
One of the first things his crony Rep. Ford said on CNN was that Kerry supported the use of force against Iraq- except that he wanted a "broader coalition."

14. Has Bush?
He was not my choice, as I stated in this thread! Neither was Bush! I would take the worst Democrat(not saying that Kerry is) over the best Republican (Bush is not the best of anything) any day!

If we don't defeat Bush, (and we need the money to make sure we bury him) think of what we will have, instead of what we might have had with the candidate you wanted! Draft, Constitutional amendments, nine at last count that they want, more wars, more jobs lost, environment made worse, Human Rights gone in many areas and the Supreme Court changed to the extreme right and they will be there for 30 to 40 years!

It's up to you!

19. I will vote for Kerry in the GE
but I have decided not to give to any candidate who voted for and supported the Iraq invasion. My money will go to MoveOn or Senator Boxer.
