Florida and Michigan voters NOT disenfrachised
You are given an opportunity to vote within the law. Diebold is disenfrachisment: improperly counting ballots. Harrassment at the ballot booth is disenfrachisment: trying to interfere with the opportunity to vote. Breaking the rules and holding elections improperly: not disenfrachisment! Florida and Michigan were given the opportunity to be counted. Unfortunately, they chose to break the rules, and therefor lost the opportunity. If I missed the election on Nov. 4 because I was on vacation, that is not disenfrachisement. I had the OPPORTUNITY to vote, but did not do so properly.

You were given a perfectly fair opportunity to be counted. Every state is given a fair chance in the General Election, yet none are insane enought to try and open polling booths in December. This is not stealing an election in the Supreme Court; it is a perfectly understood rule that, if followed, will allow the votes to be counted.

So, Florida and Michigan, why did you break the rules? Those states were given an opportunity to participate and they declined.

3. I notice you don't address any of the arguments in the OP?
Why is that?

Do you believe the word "lame" is an argument? Or is it a discription of your lack of an argument?

2. Excellent description of reality. Unhappy Democratic voters in MI and FL should complain to ...
the politicians in their state party who broke the rules. Replace them the next time they are up for reelection.

Democrats complain bitterly when Republicans break the rules. Then they turn around and demand that the rules be broken when it is in their interest. The Republican party isn't the only one with its share of hypocrites.

4. Ding Ding Ding!
Seriously just because FL and MI's politicians felt entitled to rush their elections does not mean they should be sanctioned. I'm from PA and we have to wait at the end of the line just like a lot of other states and you do not see us trying to "cut" just so Hillary can pick up a few delegates. She and her supporters should be embarrassed with her trying to push this angle. Rules and punishments were clearly outlined to the states when they decided to do this

5. Exactly. Dean needs to come out and set these fools straight
because Hillary and some of these elected officials in Florida are trying to make the Democratic Party look like the bad guys.

6. They should have cancelled the primaries then. Almost 600,000 voters
went to vote in Michigan. You tell them they aren't disenfranchised, if the delegates aren't seated.
We'll see how they feel about the democratic party when the General election rolls around.

7. Diebold machines were legal.
A few state representatives screwed up so you think it's ok to take away the voices of all those people in Florida?

Forget improperly counted, how about not counted?

The voters did not choose to break the rules, they should not be punished.

Lame.
