3. I can not stand the guy.
But I’ve never been into hero-worshiping personality cults either.

6. I was a supporter when I went to Iowa to visit friends at caucus time.
I went to one of his rallies, and was completely creeped out by the cult of personality. That made me re-think my support of him. The next day I heard Edwards speak. That ended my support of Obama.

12. Yup, it's all hero-worship.
Don't be a moron.

5. I started out liking him quite a bit
But then the blind hero worship here completely turned me against him. I see no logic or justification for the support he enjoys on this board.

10. I see you made a very thoughtful decision
His DU supporters are so relevant to how great a president he would make.

11. And there it is
One can always count on a snarky response from some of the Obama supporters here. You don't disappoint!

7. I like him more, infact I like alot but
I'm still committed to Edwards. As long as Edwards remains he'll be the one to have my support and my vote.

8. "Like" is not an issue.
I'm sure he's a fine person, I just don't support him for president.

9. i love that he's a black politician succeeding in white america...
that said, i don't like that he stands for the status quo, which is "just enough change" to quiet the masses but not enough to upset the apple cart of power/wealth for the powerful/wealthy.

his connections to Rezko are suspiciously like all the rest of the politicians we see of late...a little sleazy and his answers about the relationship VERY political.

he's really playing the "i didn't mean what it sounded like i meant" game and i don't like that at all either.

14. There is no less that I could like him.
I read more between the lines than what people are trying to get me to be dazzled by.

15. I liked him when I voted for him as my Senator.
My consolation if he wins the Presidency will be the possibility of having a Senator to represent me. The downside could be a Republic President and Senator. I wish I could have just had the Senator I believed I was voting for originally.
