Becerra serves on the powerful House Ways and Means Committee and as the Assistant to the Speaker of the House is the highest ranking Latino in the House.

I would have my team start doing an intense background check on this guy. If he is clean I would consider announcing him as my VP or leaking out the word for him as a cabinet post. That could put a big dent in Clinton's latino vote.
