Obama is a black candidate and what it means to Democrats
It is just the reality. Obama is a black candidate and Hilary is a woman candidate. What does it mean.

I was talking to my husband this morning about the last night SC result.
He pointed out something I have not thought about so far.

Remember SC has been red state for oh so long. And lately, I, learned that 50% of SC are African American. In other words, how could it be so red for so long?

I do believe the victory in SC is a huge victory for African Americans. Not the way you think. I believe there are many many first black voters came out for the first time because of Obama. This is very important. Both my husband and I are Hillary supporters;however, it is very important for Democrat future that black voters are now no longer disenfranchised because of Obama.

Regardless of what may happen next, it is very important for Democrats if more first time black voters will come out!!

I personally believe that both race and gender is a fair game. I don't think Hillary is evil nor Obama is fake. However, from now on, I really want to hear more about policy discussion than gender vs. race.

So, dear Obama voters, please stop making Hillary a some kind of monster. Let's face it, if she were such a monster, how could she have brought up such a good daughter?

It may be good for Democrats to carry a very close race to the end. It is good for Democrat for Obama to play a race card if it gives hope to many disenfranchised black voters to vote for the first time.

I also say this to Obama supporters. Let's be honest. Hillary is a serious policy wonk. It is good for Obama to engage in real policy discussion with Hillary and general public to make sure Obama will beat Repub in debate if he become the candidate.

As a Hillary supporter, I whole heartedly embrace both Hillary/Obama or Obama/Hillary.
How many Obama supporters are rational enough to embrace such tickets?

1. Rational?
All of that "other stuff" going on out there: Edwards, Biden, Dodd, Huckabee, Ron Paul, Kucnich . . . . None of that is happening. It's all just going to go away and everyone will line up behind "us" and if they don't they don't matter.

Rational?????????

4. I wouldn't vote for Obama.Never
Obama is not qualified to become president. He has no experience. No credentials. No resume.Being black is an asset to him.Sorry I should say "African American".

How dare anyone criticize Mr.Obama.He walks on water and everyone else is a piece of crap.If you take Mr.Obama to task, then you are a racist. If you use certain words to describe the issues, they are code words to "African Americans".

Gimme a break.

Teflon Obama.

Obama is arrogant enough to believe Hillary's supports will flock to him but his supporters wouldn't flock to Hillary. What an arrogant jerk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
