I've had it up to here with the way John Edwards
is ignored and marginalized by the MSM.

If he got half the coverage Obama's getting, he'd get twice the votes he's getting.

2. are you saying people don't know who he is?
Because last time I checked, he's the only guy from 2004 who's running again who's still in the race.

3. Seriously? Really?
John Edwards won a Senate seat once. He hasn't done jack shit else, and quite frankly, he's been a solidly, one-very-angry-note candidate this entire primary season. And you think the MSM is responsible for Edwards getting trounced? Really?

5. LOL
Don't spoil their self-delusions. It's all the media's fault.

No one can tell me how Edwards, who WON South Carolina 4 years ago, somehow got only 18% of the vote this time around. Is this really the media's fault? Or is it maybe that people really aren't all that interested in him anymore?

The guy had an uneventful one term in the Senate and didn't run again. He had a losing VP bid. And he's been running for president for what seems like years. Yeah, it's all about the lack of media coverage. :)

4. He'd also get more coverage if he got more votes.
That's just the way it is.

6. The people ignoring Edwards
seem to be the VOTERS. How could he do so poorly in NV, SC????
I will still vote for him in PA, but he is just not getting votes.

7. I just watched the local cable news here in Raleigh, NC...
They have covered Edwards because he lives in the area, but it's hardly been extreme. They cover the top three rather fairly - it seems extreme because they DO include Edwards. lol.

They showed people being interviewed coming out of the polls in SC, asking what they thought of all three candidates. They showed a sampling where many people said, "I like Edwards a lot. I like his message most, but when he didn't get coverage after Iowa, I knew he wouldn't get enough delegates and I didn't want to waste my vote."

They said 60% of the people they interviewed said this.

'Nuf said.

I'm sticking with him. There's enough maneuvering and manipulation going on all around and in the process, I won't add to it by NOT voting my conscience.

And, yes, we Edwards supporters are, for the most part, passionate about his message which is why we don't play this game.

8. That illustrates my point to a "T"
They support Edwards but don't want to "waste" their vote on someone not getting any coverage by the MSM.

That's one of several ways the MSM manipulates voters' thinking.

9. Yep, I've been trying to get people to pay attention to this for months.
And it's not only affecting Edwards...it still COULD affect any candidate. The MSM manipulates storylines every single day. Lack of coverage is only one way it manipulates. We should all be very concerned about how Corporate Media manipulates all aspect of our lives nowadays.

14. I doubt it. JE is unlucky in that this just isn't a good year for him to run
With or without the MSM,it's evident that voters are looking for not just a new face but a new paradigm. True or not true, that's what they see in Barack. Edwards lost in the two retail politics state where the MSM plays a far smaller role. It's just absurd to pull things like your statement out of thin air.
