Edwards did Kerry a big favor tonight. (NS) He deserves the VP spot

Edwards could have sucked some big wind out of Texas and Florida and roughed Kerry up for a month or so, but he was a class act tonight. Edwards has proven that he can appeal to independents and moderates in the South. No potential VP choice has done the same. John Edwards has earned consideration at the very top of any VP list. Man, am I proud of him!
