2. The main thing hurting Hillary Clinton in this race is Bill Clinton.

If you listen to him speak, he starts out campaigning for her, but slowly it morphs into "I." His stature diminishes hers - you forget he's not the candidate. In addition, he's been too willing to give up his lofty status as a former president to roll in the Rovian muck. It's a little embarrassing. She would do better if they could tone down his ego and allow her to be the star attraction. (But why am I telling anyone this? I don't want her to win.)
