My fellow Obama people--leave the Edwards people ALONE!
Truth #1: Quite a lot of them are NOT going to change their vote.

Truth #2: None of them are EVER going to change their vote as a result of us pestering them.

3. This Edwards supporter says thank you, Bicoastal.
If I end up having to be wooed to another candidate, bugging me, putting my candidate down, insisting he drop out now, etc., isn't going to bring me to your side (and that goes out to Clinton supporters, too).

6. Yes, thanks.
The multiple "superior dances" going on here tonight are getting tiresome.

18. You are so right.
I just responded to another tactless patronizing post telling Edwards that he can still make a difference by supporting Obama. Give me a break! I usually don't get into this stuff, primarily because I am a slow typist, but that post just got me pissed off!

I am even thinking of retracting my heartfelt congratulations. Except they were meant for Obama and the African American voters of SC and all Americans for an historic moment. But as to all the begging, wheedling, and demanding, well, blow it out yer arses

10. Thanks for this, Bicoastal
SOME supporters, both Clinton's and Obama's, can be insufferable. You'd think a win would be enough, but they feel a need to rub it in.

Celebrate your win...you deserve it, so does Obama. And let's ALL keep our eyes on the prize...our country depends on it.

11. As an Obama supporter
it is very important to let Edward's voters continue to back him as long as John wants to go on. When Dean wasn't doing that great I still wanted to be able to vote for him (and I did). So no arm twisting from this Obama supporter.

14. Truth #3: Edwards Helped Hold Hillary to Her TRUE Number Tonight...
... helping give Obama such a breathtaking margin of victory. Her measly showing was comprised of diehard supporters.

17. Edwards deserves to make his case.
Just this morning I was hoping Edwards would win SC. I personally don't care too much between Obama and Edwards. Hillary to me is not even relevant because she won't win in November.

Things can happen. Stranger things than Edwards winning have happened. Obama or Hillary could self-destruct, and anyone who cannot see the possibility of either is blind.

Regardless....Edwards speaks a message that needs to be heard! On that basis alone, i wish him godspeed and good luck. His voice is a positive thing.

To all the Edwards supporters, keep up the faith! Be proud of your dream.

19. If Obama hopes to win, he needs Edwards to get out his message for change against INSIDER Clinton.
Obama people should NOT assume that, if Edwards were to drop out, most of his supporters would move to Obama. There are a lot of Democrats who still think the Clintons were "good" for America. I don't think so.

Americans should remember that it was Bill Clinton who pushed through NAFTA and "open" trade with China that started the flood of jobs going off shore back in the 1990's. It was Clinton who oversaw the deregulation of the "airwaves" that brought about the media concentration into right wing corporations. The "jobs boom" of the late 1990's was NOT due to Clinton policies, but to low interest rates and the technology boom. The jobs boom also increased the tax revenues since so many people were working.

Enough of a reality check. If Obama people support change from Bushco policies in America, then don't harangue the Edwards supporters. Edwards is broadcasting the best message for change that is out there. Obama supporters should avoid making this election a two person personality contest. That could cost the Democrats the presidency.
