I've spent the last 4 days in SC helping Obama crush all comers. I spent a couple days away from DU because of it. I have to tell you, I'm saner and happier from it. The petty bullshit arguments about nothing in particular went on, and were simultaneously meaningless in the real world. The bitterness of the old guard and the suckers at DU tonight has been entertaining. There's no reason to be upset about it when you know it means nothing to real voters in the real world. So flame on, I may join in, but know that each vile post is a waste of time.

I was thinking about what might be happening on DU but, same as you, knew it meant nothing. Tempest in the old teapot.

I like DU when I can get real information, find links to good articles, and read positive posts. The haters are just a waste of everyone's time. When did a hate-filled post ever change anybody's mind about who to vote for?

I have a few DU groups I visit, otherwise I'd probably quit visiting DU.
