Why I know think Edwards should be VP

I just finished watching his speech, which was absolutely excellent. However my reasons go beyond that. Basically, he's proven he's a fighter who can win longshots. A guy who hadn't even finished his first term as a Senator was able to make it this far despite barely polling up until Iowa. And let's not forget how he was able to win the long shot race taking out that awful scumbag Faircloth.

He can overcome long shot odds, and would be great on the team.

Faircloth was NOT my favorite U.S. Senator.

But I realize it's too much to ask, so I'll just have to hope that Kerry takes someone who is as youthful and Southern as Edwards is.
