Nevada doesn't tell me what to do. Iowa doesn't tell me what to do.
Nor does New Hampshire, Michigan, or South Carolina.

My state's primary is just as important as any other state's primary. Just because my primary doesn't occur until March 11 doesn't mean that my primary doesn't matter.

Please quit telling me that it's time for me to switch my support to your candidate, as if the nomination is already decided.

As of right now, there is no clear winner of the Democratic nomination. I'm going to keep pulling for John Edwards. I'll vote for Edwards on March 11.

If at the convention another candidate receives our nomination, I'll support that person THEN.

John Edwards supporters do NOT owe Clinton or Obama supporters anything. Quit poking and prodding us as if we somehow do--that somehow our candidate is taking delegates from your candidate simply because he's staying in the race and giving us voters in 45 other states a chance to voice our support for him at the ballot box.

2. The "dump your candidate and jump on the bandwagon" threads are ridiculous.

Not to mention selfish.

You should support whoever you want, as long as you want. That's what primaries are for.

to let reality intrude.

4. your Primary on March 11th
-- in Mississippi, right? -- will be VERY important as it's the last Primary before Pennsylvania's on April 22nd and it's 40 delegates are becoming increasingly important.

5. You go, Girl! This thing isn't over by a long shot, and the convention
doesn't even begin until August 25th. Anyone who says John Edwards should drop out are just sore loser/winners. At least your vote will count - mine didn't.

7. Yup, all those other states must have Kool-Aid as their state beverage
Americans need to pull their heads out of their asses and vote for Edwards.

11. Don't deny the obvious
You, too, will be on board the Lee L. Mercer Jr. bandwagon (all three) after Super Tuesday.

13. Another voter for Edwards.
My primary is February 5th too. I am sick and tired of pundits predicting who the winners will be based on Iowa, New Hampshire or South Carolina. I live in California and my state is nothing like those states. No offense, but we like to make up our own minds here.

14. Good idea. This race is coming down to the convention.
Every delegate's important. Just because JE isn't getting media time doesn't mean he won't be a force at the convention.

15. Agreed. Clinton and Obama supporters should
not be telling Edwards supporters what they should do. However, I fear that your primary like mine, is going to be after the fact.

16. Unfortunately the MEDIA do tell you what to think and who to vote for.
They are turning off/campaigning against Clintonites just like they did to Al Gore. You remember him? The guy with that crazy lock box, the one wearing a brown suit and therefore not an alpha male, the one who's a lier because he lied about how much he paid for his dog medicine and lastly...the one who invented the internets. Remember him? Well the unbiased MSM is responsible for all that trash and they are now doing the same thing to the Clintons. They're goring them and the blood is spouting like a fountain. Now that's a yummy thought! :puke: Yuck, I have too good an imagination.

WARNING! It's going to happen again ladies and gentlemen! And it isn't going to be pretty...when we elect another filthy war mongering Rethug.

17. If that were the case, I'd be supporting Hillary or Barak.
I'm supporting the candidate that the media are ignoring.

18. Good for you! Have faith and be a free thinker.
Don't vote for who the media is pushing. I personally think they pushed Hillary for so long because they wanted her so the slime machine wouldn't run out of gas. Then, Obama looked like he had a good chance and they decided he'd be easier to beat. You can DEPEND on the right wing to pull the race card and along with Obama's short resume on foreign policy...he'd be easy to beat...maybe they will be sorry for their actions in the future.
