This is politics. You cut your losses and move on.

2. Didn't he win more delegates than Hillary? To whom was he supposed to concede?

"I'd like to thank Senator Clinton for losing by receiving fewer delegates than I did."

6. He gave a victory speech in New Hampshire, so it wasn't surprising.

7. Obama did give a speech after Nevada
In it he made a claim that he won more delegates than HRC - that was challenged by the Nevada Democratic party as some delegates aren't bound.

Nevada was awkward after the attempt to suppress votes by the Clinton people and their allies with the lawsuit - followed by attacking Obama and the union for suppression and intimidation.

8. Link please? He gave no speech afaik
I think you'll find that his campaign manager issued a statement about winning more delegates.

But to all those who think he didn't need to make a speech because he didn't lose... so why didn't he give a winner's speech where he thanked all of his volunteers and staff and the people of Nevada? I think he owed them that much, no matter how he chose to spin the caucus results.

11. You are right - I likely conflated other speeches with that statement
I agree he should have made a speech.
