1. Dick Gephardt
I was disappointed he didn't do better in Iowa. I thought he would either win or take a close second. He campaigned his heart out and he had to face a devastating defeat. He was in tears when he gave his concession speech, it was a heartening scene.

2. I expected Dean to do much better
I was pulling for him. He was my number 2 guy. I was surprised that he didn't do well in the early going and I was further surprised by him dropping out so soon. I thought he'd at least be able to hang in there longer even if he wasn't doing so hot.

3. i'm going to assume the 2 people who think John Kerry's performance
this primary season is disappointing are supporters of other candidates.

4. Clark
I really expected him to be the next president when the buildup for him to run was reaching epic proportions.... then well you know what happened.

Very sad, and strange turn of events.

5. The question's not really worded correctly.
Because the candidate who disappoints me the most is John Kerry. Because he's too much of a PNAC corporatist warmonger sellout.

At least the people of Vermont got it right :)

7. Maybe change the question
to "which candidate had the most disappointing primary showing". But I'm sure the sour grapers will still find a way to vote for Kerry.
