The Levin Amendment would've forced Bush to actually let weapon's inspectors find WMDs in Iraq before he could declare war. Hillary voted "Nay" to this motion just hours before she voted "Yea" to the IWR. And yet we were to believe she really didn't want war unless it was absolutely necessary.
