34. What're you gonna do, genius, when people take you up
on that and actually read the book?

Or is it the title alone that's supposed to scare us?

Funny that most of the customer reviewers thought Bernstein was sympathetic to Hillary, or at most properly neutral

http://www.amazon.com/Woman-Charge-Hillary-Rodham-Clinton/dp/0375407669

...with the exception of these guys and their ilk, of course:

"All this is more left wing crap about Hilary Clinton. She's a Communist sympathizer that wants to undermine all of the values America keeps true, how can so many not see that."

"Carl Bernstein puts a real sugar coat on this megalomaniacal woman, who only tells the truth when it furthers her cause. Bernstein glosses over her work for Bob Truehaft in Berkeley. Trehauft's law firm was devoted to representing Communists and Black Panthers. He was not just a member of the American Communist Party, he dedicated his life to promote communism and Hillary could not wait to work for him (useful idiot). She preached openness in Government yet she broke numerous sunshine statutes to keep her socialistic health care scheme, which would have broken the back of the American Economy, a secret. During 9/11 she took all the credit for the work Charles Schumer did while she remained detached from this American tragedy. Daniel Patrick Moynihan despised her for her machiavellian activities and only gave her a luke warm endorsement after considerable pressure from the DNC.

"Where Bernstein prevaricates is on page 366 when he brings up the Willie Horton advertisment by saying Floyd Brown "produced the Willie Horton ad during the 1998 presidential campaign of George Bush". This gives the reader the impression that the ad was George Bush's doing. Nothing could be further from the truth. The Ad was funded by Al Gore's campaign committee during his primary run against Michael Dukakis for the Democratic Party presidential nomination. If Bernstein wanted to be forthcoming he would have said that the Willie Horton ad was produced for Al Gore and was subsquently used by George Bush. It never occured to George Bush to produce such an ad. It was the Democrats who conceived it and only after the Gore Campaign Committee used it numerous times in his failed bid to secure the Democratic Party nomination for President did George Bush use it."

8. Lol! I'm repeating what Obama himself openly stated.
You need to think about your fanatic devotion to somebody that disorganized and so easily distracted. We've endured 8 years with an ADHD president. I'm ready to have somebody competent in charge.

But I'm sure most of them would not believe they could handle being president of the United States.

and thought that voting for the Kyle-Lieberman amendment was too.

When you assail an honest man who runs for President, your just begging for a liar-in-chief.

Oh yea, she also thinks that conducting her campaign like a Swift-Boat 527 will lead to a united

Democratic party in the general elections.

I hope you enjoy handing the White House to John McCain.

31. Let's be real here obama folks. You wanna bring up the past
Edited on Thu Jan-24-08 10:15 AM by BenDavid
against either clinton but when it tis about obama,I read, "hell no", "you can't do that". "you are a racist". "you are a bigot."

In the let's get real section, the right wing if you obama folks do not have mental block, went after hrc in the 90's. Cleared was HRC by not only Ken Starr's report but Pillsbury, Madison, Sutro report in December 95.....

Also, Bill Clinton cleared in the Starr Report sept 98 and the Pillsury, Madison, Sutro report of dec. 1995.

Bill Clinton "hereby is acquitted of the charges," declared Chief Justice William Rehnquist after a somber Senate twice refused to vote the two-thirds majority needed for conviction. Senators also put the idea of censure aside, probably for good.

The american people have gotten past this and even though we all were pissed at Bill Clinton, we all knew that he was the american president as did the american people.

December 20th CNN/Gallup Poll
As of now, can Clinton be an effective president during his remaining two years in office?
Yes 72% No 26%

Do you approve of the decision to impeach Clinton?
Approve 25% Disapprove 68%

and the most important one and to all those obama folks that wanna bring back up whitewater and monica, this is what you will likely run up against...
Do you approve of the way Bill Clinton is handling his job as president?

Now..............Dec. 15-16
Approve 73%.........63%
Disapprove 25%.........33%
