I know from past experience that the staff get really ugly calls, and being personally thanked means a lot to them.

A few years ago, one staff person said I was the ONLY ONE who called to thank the representative, and then she whispered and said, "We're getting death threats!" and choked up.

WE need to let them know we care, we appreciate what they do, and we will stand by them, because they're taking their lumps.

I watched it and my response was "meh." Tucker almost seemed reasonable, which is a feat in itself. I LIKE Tubbs Jones, but I'm not sure this was a great interview.
